Hi Lesley,
Thanks for your message! Yes, in the program version you can achieve this by rotating the text to around 90 degrees (by dragging the circle to the above center of the text) and then right-mouse-clicking the text and choosing “Straighten”.
Let us know if you have any further questions!

RibbetKeymasterHi Penny,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
We do have this video which was created in an older version of Ribbet, but is essentially still how erasing works in our program version.
You can’t currently erase in our new online version, however this feature is going to be added very soon and there will be an Erase option within the Adjust tab.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

RibbetKeymasterHi Nate,

In the new online version you click the big + Add New button on the Start page to create a Blank Canvas. You can then use the Adjust tab’s Canvas Color tool to change the background color or make it transparent.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

RibbetKeymasterHi Victoria,
Currently erasing is the only way, however we are looking at ways of simplifying this in the future.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.

RibbetKeymasterHi Jessica,
Thanks for your message.
We haven’t yet added Clone to our new online version, but we will be adding it in the coming months along with other features like Frames and Stickers.
In the meantime you can still use our program version of Ribbet which can be downloaded from ribbet.com/download. It has all the features you’re used to including Clone and is identical to our previous (Flash) version. Once installed it will add a Ribbet icon to your Windows desktop / Mac icon dock – you can launch Ribbet from that (no need to return to our website). You can also sign into it with your existing Ribbet account.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.

RibbetKeymasterHi Shannon,

There are a few ways to achieve this. One easy way, is to use the Effects tab > Sketch tool to paint blue over the sky. Change the “Blend Mode” dropdown to “Multiply” and Fade the effect so that it’s very subtle. You’ll need to find the right color for the sky, probably something like #0099FF will look good once faded and blended.

RibbetKeymasterHi Adrianna,
Thanks for your message!
In our program version (which you’re using), you can add a new image layer by uploading the image to the Photo Basket (at the very bottom of the editor) and then dragging it onto your main image.
Does that answer your question and if not could you please give us some more details about exactly what you’re trying to create?
Thanks!

RibbetKeymasterHi NanaYaa,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can find the Doodle tool on the Effects tab of our program version. It’s now called “Sketch” but you can also search for it using the term “Doodle” in the search bar at the top of the Effects tab.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

RibbetKeymasterHi Kellie,

This is currently only possible in our program version (available for download from ribbet.com/download). To achieve it, click Apply on the overlay effect, and then click your image. A “Frame Properties” dialog will appear – click the Eraser icon on this dialog and you can then paint areas off the overlay.

RibbetKeymasterHi Laura,

We haven’t yet added Plastic Surgery to our new online editor, however we do intend to add it in the coming months, along with other features like Frames and Clone.
You can however still access all these features, including Plastic Surgery, in our program version, which is identical to our previous (Flash) version and can be downloaded from ribbet.com/download. Once installed it will add a Ribbet icon to your Windows desktop / Mac icon dock – you can launch Ribbet from that (no need to return to our website). You can also sign into it with your existing Ribbet account.

RibbetKeymasterHi GLC,
Yes, we do intend to allow sliding to the left in a future update. This is currently already possible in our mobile apps.
Let us know if you have any other feedback or questions.
Kind regards,
– BenRibbetKeymasterHi Volkan,
We haven’t yet added Gooify to our new browser-based editor, however we will be adding it in the near future. You can keep track of our updates to this editor here.
In the meantime you can still use our previous version of Ribbet. It’s now available as a program from ribbet.com/download and includes all the original functionality including Gooify. Once installed it will add a Ribbet icon to your Windows desktop / Mac icon dock – you can launch Ribbet from this (no need to return to our website).
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Kind regards,
– BenRibbetKeymasterHi Agnes,
When you open a Shape Collage from the PHOTOS > History tab, to get back into the collage-builder mode (where you have the option to shuffle), you simply have to “Undo” (the icon is to the top right of your image) until the option appears.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
– Ben
