Thanks Tanya for your kind words and support!
Hi June, This issue should now be resolved. Please try again!
Hi J, Initially you will be getting the same, but over the next weeks and months we are going to be delivering a whole new suite of enhancements, as well as a completely redesigned interface. Some of these improvements include the upcoming Fancy Card feature, improved dynamic grid collages, a more modern look and feel with multiple themes and background grids, and apps for mobile devices.
Hi Koaladundee,
Thanks for contacting us! Currently there isn’t a way to delete these blank cells, other than selecting a different collage layout (or adjusting the rows and columns sliders down the bottom left).
We will be launching a new feature shortly, which will allow you to delete cells.
Let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks!
Hi Trinni,
Thanks for contacting us! We can confirm that this email is geniune. It contains a special offer on a 2 year Ribbet Premium membership. From Monday onwards, Ribbet Premium will no longer be free and monthly, 6 monthly and annual membership options will be available through the editor.
Let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks!
Hi N. L. Gregory, Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear that you’ve run into this issue! You can hide the ads within the editor by clicking the “Hide this bar” link which appears in the side or top bar near the ads. They won’t appear again until the next time you visit Ribbet. Let us know if you have any further issues or questions. Thanks!
Hi Robin, Thanks for contacting us! Unfortunately there isn’t currently any way to change the jigsaw lines in order to make them stand out more. You could try applying an effect to your image (such as Morocco, Cairo etc.) before applying the Puzzle effect, in order to change the darkness of the image a little, which could help.
Let us know if we can be of any further assistance!
Hi Holly,
Thanks for contacting us! Yes, you can add your own stickers and clip art. To do this, simply upload your sticker or clip art to the Photo Basket at the bottom of the editor. You can then drag it onto your image and use it as you would a regular sticker. If you upload transparent images, they will maintain their transparency when dragged on.
Let us know if you have any further questions at all. Thanks!
Hi Darleen, Thanks for contacting us! This may have been a temporary connection issue. Can you please try exiting your web browser completely, and then re-launching Ribbet and trying again? If you then continue to have a problem, contact us here so that we can help you out one-on-one and look more deeply into this specific issue. Thanks!
Hi Heather, Thanks for contacting us! The issue you’ve run into is a current limitation of the History functionality (transparency isn’t supported). To preserve the transparency of your item, you need to re-upload it and drag it on from the “Get from Computer” list of uploads (as opposed to the “History” list in the Photo Basket). If you don’t have a copy on your computer to re-upload, you can open it from the Library > History tab and then re-save it to your computer.
Let us know if anything’s unclear. This limitation to items in History is something we’re aware of and will fix in the future.
Hi Terri, Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear that you’ve run into this issue! Currently the only way to edit the images in your collage is to open the item from the Library > History tab (as you have), and then to continue to click Undo until the Collage tab appears again up the top center in place of the Edit tab. This unfortunately means undoing any changes that were made after the collage was completed (such as adding text and effects). Once back in this “Collage mode” you will be able to change out the images.
Let us know if you have any further questions or problems!
Hi CM, Hmmm… that’s strange. After dragging on the watermark from the Photo Basket (at the bottom of the editor), you should be seeing a white box around the layer. If you aren’t, please try exiting your web browser completely and then re-launching Ribbet. This restarts Adobe Flash, which should resolve the problem.
If you continue to have an issue you can contact us here so that we can help you out one-on-one.
