Let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks!
RibbetKeymasterHi Winnie, This is an excellent suggestion, thank you. We will definitely look at adding some elegant, simple borders as you’ve suggested. Thanks for the feedback!
RibbetKeymasterHi Hannah, Thanks for this suggestions: it’s a brilliant one and something we will definitely look at including in a future Ribbet version. Thanks so much for your feedback!
RibbetKeymasterHi N. L. Gregory, Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear that you’ve run into this issue! You can hide the ads within the editor by clicking the “Hide this bar” link which appears in the side or top bar near the ads. They won’t appear again until the next time you visit Ribbet. Let us know if you have any further issues or questions. Thanks!
RibbetKeymasterHi Kori, Thanks for contacting us! There unfortunately isn’t currently a simple way to achieve this using Ribbet. This is something that we will look at supporting in the future. Let us know if you have any further questions or suggestions. Thanks!
RibbetKeymasterHi Robin, Thanks for contacting us! Unfortunately there isn’t currently any way to change the jigsaw lines in order to make them stand out more. You could try applying an effect to your image (such as Morocco, Cairo etc.) before applying the Puzzle effect, in order to change the darkness of the image a little, which could help.
Let us know if we can be of any further assistance!
RibbetKeymasterHi Holly,
Thanks for contacting us! Yes, you can add your own stickers and clip art. To do this, simply upload your sticker or clip art to the Photo Basket at the bottom of the editor. You can then drag it onto your image and use it as you would a regular sticker. If you upload transparent images, they will maintain their transparency when dragged on.
Let us know if you have any further questions at all. Thanks!
RibbetKeymasterHi Darleen, Thanks for contacting us! This may have been a temporary connection issue. Can you please try exiting your web browser completely, and then re-launching Ribbet and trying again? If you then continue to have a problem, contact us here so that we can help you out one-on-one and look more deeply into this specific issue. Thanks!
RibbetKeymasterHi Heather, Thanks for contacting us! The issue you’ve run into is a current limitation of the History functionality (transparency isn’t supported). To preserve the transparency of your item, you need to re-upload it and drag it on from the “Get from Computer” list of uploads (as opposed to the “History” list in the Photo Basket). If you don’t have a copy on your computer to re-upload, you can open it from the Library > History tab and then re-save it to your computer.
Let us know if anything’s unclear. This limitation to items in History is something we’re aware of and will fix in the future.
RibbetKeymasterHi Dip! This is such a great suggestion and one that we’ll implement in the near future. Thanks so much for your feedback! Let us know if you have any other suggestions.
RibbetKeymasterHi Terri, Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear that you’ve run into this issue! Currently the only way to edit the images in your collage is to open the item from the Library > History tab (as you have), and then to continue to click Undo until the Collage tab appears again up the top center in place of the Edit tab. This unfortunately means undoing any changes that were made after the collage was completed (such as adding text and effects). Once back in this “Collage mode” you will be able to change out the images.
Let us know if you have any further questions or problems!
RibbetKeymasterHi CM, Hmmm… that’s strange. After dragging on the watermark from the Photo Basket (at the bottom of the editor), you should be seeing a white box around the layer. If you aren’t, please try exiting your web browser completely and then re-launching Ribbet. This restarts Adobe Flash, which should resolve the problem.
If you continue to have an issue you can contact us here so that we can help you out one-on-one.
RibbetKeymasterHi CM, Thanks for contacting us! Simply grab the circle which is to the top center of your layer, and you should then be able to move it left or right to rotate it. Let us know if you have any other questions!
RibbetKeymasterHi Terri, Thanks for contacting us! Unfortunately there isn’t a way to modify the way Kookiness works: it’s currently just a simple slider and you can’t modify the direction in which it shifts the cells. The only way to more accurately create a “kooky collage” is to create a “Blank Canvas” (from the Library > Start tab) and then manually drag on the images from the “Photo Basket” (at the bottom of the editor) and then rotate them. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance!
RibbetKeymasterHi Sue, Thanks for your feedback! We will be sure to implement this improvement in the near future. Let us know if you have any further suggestions or questions!
