Hi Eric,
There is currently no maximum number of images you can upload, although you are limited to the number you can upload at a time (Premium members can upload 100 at a time).
With grids, there are limits. In our web-based version you’re currently limited to a 6×6 grid. With our program version for Windows and Mac, you can start with a 10×10 grid and then insert images into the grid by dragging them between 2 cells, however this would be a tedious way to create such a massive grid.
Let us know if you have further questions.

RibbetKeymasterI’ve spoken with our product team and at this time we can’t provide an exact timeframe, beyond saying that the API will be available later this year. Sorry I can’t be more precise than that, but as the time approaches we’ll keep you updated.

RibbetKeymasterHi Frank,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
There isn’t a search tool for the image library at this point, however I’ve passed your feedback on to our product team, and we’ll consider it for a future update.
Let us know if you have any other feedback or questions.

RibbetKeymasterHi Tony,
Let me discuss the timing of this with our product team and get back to you. We’re definitely going to do it, we’ve just been prioritising development concerning functionality and stability of the new online version over the API, but the time is approaching where the API will be next. I’ll update you soon.

RibbetKeymasterHi Binder,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
We haven’t yet added Frames to our new online version, but we will be adding them in soon along with other features including Stickers and Pro tools like Clone.
In the meantime you can use our program version which still includes Frames (and all other features) and can be downloaded from ribbet.com/download. Once installed it will add a Ribbet icon to your Windows desktop / Mac icon dock – you can launch Ribbet from that (no need to return to our website). You can also sign into it with your existing Ribbet account.
Let us know if you have any further questions!

RibbetKeymasterHi Simon,
The background color option is currently only available on mobile, however this is something we will ultimately add to our new online version as well.
Let us know if you have any further questions!

RibbetKeymasterHi Ruby,
This will be supported in a future update. Please stay tuned.

RibbetKeymasterHi Ruby,
Have you tried our online version’s Effects tab > Tint or Hand Tinted tools? Or do they do something different to what you’re after?
– Ben
RibbetKeymasterHi Karl,
If you navigate to “My Creations” on the left bar of the Start page of our online editor, and then single click any project, you can then delete it.
If you have any further questions, please let us know!

RibbetKeymasterHi Nate,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The above screenshot is from our program version for Windows and Mac, which is identical to our previous (Flash) format and has all the same functionality. You can download it from ribbet.com/download and once installed it will add a Ribbet icon to your Windows desktop / Mac icon dock. You can launch Ribbet from this (no need to return to our website).
With the textbox appearing below the canvas in our new online editor, this isn’t an issue we’ve seen before. Would you mind please emailing us a screenshot of this to support [at] ribbet.com? We’d love to investigate further.
Best regards,
– BenRibbetKeymasterHi Steven,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I believe the tool you’re after is the Sketch tool on the Effects tab.
With blank canvases, you can choose any background color when you create one, including grey. Is that what you mean?
Let us know if you have any other questions!

RibbetKeymasterHi,
Currently there isn’t a way but we will be looking at batch image editing in a future update to Ribbet.

RibbetKeymasterHi Cyndi,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can straighten any photo by using the Adjust (or Basic) tab > Rotate tool > Straighten slider.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

RibbetKeymasterHi Penny,
Thanks for reaching out! When you save a photo, there’s a “Format” dropdown where you can select from PNG or JPG. By switching this to JPG, you should be able to achieve what you’re after.
If you have any other questions, please let us know!

RibbetKeymasterHi Joi,
This is actually an extremely old post from 2013. If you have a transparent PNG you can just upload it and it will maintain its transparency.
If you have any further issues with this, can you please email our support an example image and describe your issue to support [at] ribbet.com. It may be that your original image doesn’t actually have transparency (not all PNGs do).
Or, let us know if you have any further questions about this. Thanks!
– Ben
