Hi Agnes,
Thanks for your message!
Unfortunately at this stage you can’t manually rearrange the images in a shape collage. What you can do is to click the Shuffle icon (the first icon in the set along the top right of the photo) to do a random rearrangement. You can keep clicking this until you are happy.
The other thing you can do is reduce the number of photos in the collage to the exact number of images you’re using. This can be done using the “Number of Photos” slider in the left options bar. So if you make it 60, there shouldn’t be any duplication.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
– BenRibbetKeymasterHi Robert,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
We will be looking at creating a slideshow maker in the future. I’m not certain if it will include music and we don’t yet have any exact timing for it on our roadmap as there are several important improvements we need to make to our new online editor first, but it is definitely something we want to do in the future.
Let us know if you have any other feedback or questions.
Kind regards,
– BenRibbetKeymasterHi Serina,
Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about your experience!
I wanted to let you know 2 things:
– Firstly, you can still use the old version of Ribbet. It’s now available as a program, which can be downloaded from ribbet.com/download. It’s identical to the previous (Flash) version, has all the same functionality including Clone and will continue to work indefinitely into the future. Once installed it will add a Ribbet icon to your Windows desktop / Mac icon dock – you can launch Ribbet from that (no need to return to our website). You can also sign into it with your existing Ribbet account.
– I also wanted to let you know that we’re working incredibly hard on our new online version: to simplify its layout, fix all the bugs and performance issues and add in all the features including Frames, Stickers and Pro tools like Clone. I think over the next few weeks you’ll notice a huge difference as we release these fixes. You can track our progress here.
By the way the undo icon is to the top right of your image in the new online version.
If you have any further questions or feedback, please let us know.

RibbetKeymasterHi Julie,

We haven’t yet added Clone to our new online version, but we will be adding it in the coming weeks along with other features like Frames and Stickers.
In the meantime you can still use our old version of Ribbet – it’s now available as a program which can be downloaded from ribbet.com/download. It has all the features you’re used to including Clone and will continue to work indefinitely into the future. Once installed it will add a Ribbet icon to your Windows desktop / Mac icon dock – you can launch Ribbet from that (no need to return to our website). You can also sign into it with your existing Ribbet account.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

RibbetKeymasterHi Rebecca,
We are aware of this limitation in the new version (right now there isn’t a way to keep the full resolution) and it’s of a high priority to resolve it. It will be fixed in an update soon, and you can track our progress here.
Also, just to make sure you’re aware, in the meantime you can still use our older version of Ribbet which has the full resolution capability. It’s now available as a program from ribbet.com/download. It’s identical to the previous (Flash) version, has all the same functionality and will continue to work indefinitely into the future. Once installed it will add a Ribbet icon to your Windows desktop / Mac icon dock – you can launch Ribbet from that (no need to return to our website). You can also sign into it with your existing Ribbet account.
Let us know if you have any further questions!

RibbetKeymasterHi Anita,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
To layer images in our program version, simply upload them to the Photo Basket (at the very bottom of the editor) and drag them onto your main image.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

RibbetKeymasterHi Alexa,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The ability to change the background color is coming in an update to our new online version very soon. Currently this isn’t possible, but we do understand the importance of this functionality and it will be included in an upcoming update.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for reaching out to us!
Once you choose the 2 picture frame, head to the Library tab (on the left bar). You can drag on the images from there.
By the way, you can still access our old version of Ribbet if you’d like to. It’s now available as a program from ribbet.com/download. It’s identical to our previous (Flash) version and once installed will add a Ribbet icon to your Windows desktop / Mac icon dock. You can launch Ribbet from that icon (no need to return to our website) and also sign in with your existing Ribbet account.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.

RibbetKeymasterHi Steve,
Thanks for reaching out to us! It doesn’t sound like you’re doing anything wrong. I’m not certain if it will give you the result you’re after, but you can keep painting over and over again and the result should become more dramatic.
But, to remove the spot of sunlight altogether using Burn will most likely not look natural. Depending on the size of the spots of sunlight you’re trying to remove, it may be better to try using Clone to copy a nearby area over the sunlight, or even some of the Touch-up tools to achieve the result. It may not be an easy task.

January 22, 2021 at 12:21 am in reply to: How to fill the basket with several pics selected on Google Photos album? #23529RibbetKeymasterHi Rinus,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I believe that you’re using our program version for Windows/Mac. In order to add several images from Google Photos to your collage, you need to select “Google Photos” in the Photo Basket dropdown (at the very bottom of the editor) and then drag them into your collage one by one.
Alternatively, if you click the 1st icon along the top right of your image, it will “Auto-fill” the collage, using the first images in the basket.
I hope that helps, but if you have any further questions, please let us know!

RibbetKeymasterHi Colin,

We haven’t yet added support for custom fonts to the new online version, however we will be adding it, along with other features like Clone, Frames and Stickers in the coming months.
In the meantime, you can download our program version from ribbet.com/download which is identical to our previous (Flash) version and has all the same functionality including Custom Fonts (click the “Load My Fonts” button at the bottom of the Text tab). The program version will continue to work well into the future. Once installed it will add a Ribbet icon to your Windows desktop / Mac icon dock – you can launch Ribbet from that (no need to return to our website). You can also sign into it with your existing Ribbet account.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

RibbetKeymasterHi Trinni,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I believe that you’re using our program version. Nothing has changed here with our Black & White effect painting – it should work as it always has.
What’s the exact issue you’re experiencing? Is it to do with being close to the edge of the image or something else? If you aren’t even seeing the option, try click the “Effect Painting” button within the Black & White effect options on the left bar.

RibbetKeymasterBrilliant I’m so pleased to hear that!! Yes, use the exact same percentage (32%) regardless of the print size. This basically converts from 96DPI to 300DPI for any image.
Let us know though if you run into any further problems or need any further help.
