Currently you can only save each History item individually, but we are looking at allowing you to save all to a zip file in the near future. I will update this thread when we support this feature.

Some users are experiencing issues with upgrading from certain web browsers (in particular Internet Explorer). We are working to fix this, but in the meantime you can upgrade from a different web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc.), or from another computer.
Alternatively, if you contact us here we can send you an account specific link to upgrade from any web browser or mobile device.
This issue is only affecting upgrading and you can still edit from Internet Explorer.

Hi Binks, Thanks for your honest feedback. I understand where you’re coming from. The revenue from Ribbet Premium will however allow the site to continue to be run, rather than Ribbet going the way of Picnik, and shutting down completely.
By charging a modest amount for Ribbet Premium, we are also going to be able to create many exciting new features, for both free and Premium users, along with free Ribbet apps for mobile devices.

Hi Kat, unfortunately the revenue from personalized merchandise is not sufficient to allow us to maintain a high quality service, and develop lots of exciting new features and apps for mobile devices.

Hi acatlover8, Every effect and feature not flagged with the word “Premium” remains free. Premium fonts and collage layouts are those with a blue background.

Tigrebianca, our basic options have remained free. If there are particular Premium features you’d like to see free, please let us know which ones.
Sophia, we have always been transparent that our free Premium period was for a limited time only. Unfortunately it’s infeasible for us to continue supporting the site on ad-revenue alone.

Thanks for your candid feedback. We appreciate your thoughts and do take them seriously.
Unfortunately as a business that’s looking to grow and create increasingly exciting and advanced photo editing tools, and apps, we had no choice but to charge moving forward. This will enable us to develop our ideas and create even more beautiful and simple photo editing tools.
We are looking at making more Premium features free, so do let us know what you’d like to see made free and we’ll try to make it happen.
