I keep trying to upgrade my account with a 1 year subscription. I click the “1 year subscription” option. Then I click “upgrade now”. And nothing is happening. I need to use the premium service asap! Im running on Windows 8. Please help!

Some users are experiencing issues with upgrading from certain web browsers (in particular Internet Explorer). We are working to fix this, but in the meantime you can upgrade from a different web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc.), or from another computer.
Alternatively, if you contact us here we can send you an account specific link to upgrade from any web browser or mobile device.
This issue is only affecting upgrading and you can still edit from Internet Explorer.
