Hi Ronda, Thanks for contacting us and for this excellent suggestion. Quite a few users have requested a downloadable, off-line version of Ribbet, and this is something we will consider for the future.

    Hi Ralph,

Thanks for contacting us. I believe that Ribbet has exactly the same Red-eye tool that Picnik had. If you head to the Touch-ups tab > Red-eye tool there is a Furball option. Are you aware of this feature or is the issue that it’s not working for you how you would expect? If you are aware of it, could you please email us a copy of the photo you’re having a problem with to support [at] ribbet.com so that we can try to replicate the issue. Thanks!

Hi Ashley! We now have a Snap dropdown when creating a collage where you can select either 11×17″ or 17×11″. The collage will then be of the correct proportions for the calendar.

Hi DaisySan, Thanks for contacting us.

Although you can’t crop a layer you’ve dragged on, you can use the Eraser tool to erase areas from it. The alternative to that is to first open up the second photo and crop it as desired, save it, open up the background photo and drag on your edited photo by selecting History from the Photo basket dropdown.

Hi Blake, Thanks for contacting us.

To create a blank canvas go to the Library > Start tab and click the Blank Canvas button. If you’re registered you can alternatively click the Blank Canvas button on the Home tab.

To add images you can drag them from the Photo Basket at the bottom of the editor.

This issue has now been resolved. Thanks for your patience!

Hi Barb, Thanks for contacting us. Yes you can achieve this result by using the Eraser tool. Start by opening up the background image, and then drag on your foreground image from the Photo Basket at the bottom of the editor. You can then use the eraser to delete areas from the foreground photo. We have a demo video which demonstrates how this is done.

Hi Grace, Thanks for contacting us. Yes there is: In order to change the background of an image you will need to use the Eraser tool. Start by opening up the background image, and then drag on your foreground image from the Photo Basket at the bottom of the editor. You can then use the eraser to delete areas from the foreground photo. We have a demo video which demonstrates how this is done.

Hi Latha, Thanks for contacting us and sorry that you’re experiencing this issue.

If you’re getting a blank white page, this indicates that Adobe Flash is in a funny state, and therefore not loading Ribbet correctly. Normally this can be resolved by simply closing down your web browser completely, and then re-launching Ribbet.

If you do this and you continue to have a problem, please try upgrading flash and then restarting your web browser.

Lastly, if you still can’t load Ribbet, try clearing your Flash cache by finding www.ribbet.com in this list, and click the Delete Website button.

Let us know if you continue to have a problem!

Hi Maria, An update on this: We will be bringing back all the flag options at the end of next week. They will be under the Seasonal tab > Soccer Fever.

Hi Brandi, Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately this tool currently only supports undoing an entire set of actions. My only suggestion would be to use the tool a few times, apply, use it again a few times, apply again and so on. That way you can undo or cancel a small group of fixes, rather than having to undo the whole lot. Hope that’s of some help.

Hi Maria, Thanks for contacting us and for your feedback. This is unfortunately a limitation at present. Currently only the USA flag is available. We will look at including all the world’s flags in a future Ribbet version.

Hi DjZaNIX, Just to update you on this issue, we have now reproduced the issue (in Pixlr Express) with both text and stickers, and are awaiting a fix from Pixlr. We will keep you updated.

Hi Leo, Thanks for contacting us. Adobe Flash caches the font list, so after installing new fonts it’s necessary to close down your web browser completely and then re-launch Ribbet. The font should then show up.

Let us know if you continue to have an issue!

Hi DjZaNIX, OK sorry I didn’t realize that!

I think in that case the issue is that Adobe Flash has entered a funny state. I suggest saving your work, closing down your web browser completely and then reloading your work from History. This will restart Flash and should resolve the issue.

It’s worth noting that the Pro Editor tools are run by Pixlr, who have no affiliation with Ribbet and so fixing specific issues within these tools is outside of our control.
