Hi Cheryl, Thanks for contacting us! When creating your collage, try changing the Proportions slider (to the left under the different collage layouts). This should allow you to switch between landscape and portrait. Let us know if this isn’t what you were after or if we can be of any further assistance!
RibbetKeymasterHi Michele, Unfortunately the only way to keep the image will be to take a screenshot. We are still patiently awaiting a fix from Pixlr, and I will keep you updated as soon as this is resolved.

RibbetKeymasterUploading should be as simple as clicking the Upload Photo button on our site, browsing to the PNG and clicking OK. Let us know if there’s an issue doing it this way.
RibbetKeymasterHi Renee, Yes you can absolutely upload the PNG to our site. You can then add on additional elements from the Photo Basket (at the bottom of the editor). Let us know if you have any further questions!
RibbetKeymasterHi Renee, Thanks for contacting us! What exactly do you mean by “template”? You can upload images directly to the Library > Get from Computer tab, and can also upload additional elements to the Photo Basket (at the bottom of the editor) which you can then drag onto your images as custom stickers or textures. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance!

RibbetKeymasterHi Ron, Thanks for contacting us! Yes, this is possible. The best way to achieve this is to first create a simple collage containing the images you want to clone from and to. Then use the Clone tool, and lastly Crop the collage so you are left with only the image that you desire. Let us know if you have any further questions!
RibbetKeymasterHi rsJOSHVA, Thanks for contacting us! At this stage Ribbet is only available for use online. Quite a few users have requested a downloadable, off-line version of Ribbet, and this is something we are considering for the future. I will update you if this becomes available.
RibbetKeymasterHi Annother, Thanks for contacting us!
You can copy the symbol from here: © and then paste it into the text area in Ribbet. Note however that not all fonts support the copyright symbol, but many do including the “Basic Fonts” at the top of the font list. You can add your text using any font, and then add a second piece of text for the copyright symbol in a font which supports it.
Let us know if you have any further questions!
RibbetKeymasterHi Caren, Thanks for contacting us!
