Hi Tiffany, Thanks for contacting us! It will be tricky to remove the paintbrush, but the best way to try to achieve this is using the Pro tab > Clone tool. Firstly reduce the Brush Size slider down to around 10-15, and then select an area to the side of the paintbrush. Next paint over where the paintbrush is. This is effectively copying and pasting the nearby area of the face over the paintbrush, which is the best way to achieve a realistic result. You can also zoom right in using the Zoom box (down the bottom right of the screen) to allow for more accuracy. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Kivamalik, Thanks for contacting us! There are a number of tools for achieving this, and they can be found on the Effects tab about 3/4 way down the page, starting with Focal B&W and ending with Focal Zoom. Have a play with these and I’m sure you’ll find one that does the trick for you. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Cheryl, Thanks for contacting us! When creating your collage, try changing the Proportions slider (to the left under the different collage layouts). This should allow you to switch between landscape and portrait. Let us know if this isn’t what you were after or if we can be of any further assistance!

Hi Michele, Unfortunately the only way to keep the image will be to take a screenshot. We are still patiently awaiting a fix from Pixlr, and I will keep you updated as soon as this is resolved.

Hi Dave, Thanks for contacting us! Unfortunately this isn’t something that can currently be automated. Batch processing is something we are considering for a future Ribbet version.

Uploading should be as simple as clicking the Upload Photo button on our site, browsing to the PNG and clicking OK. Let us know if there’s an issue doing it this way.

Hi Renee, Yes you can absolutely upload the PNG to our site. You can then add on additional elements from the Photo Basket (at the bottom of the editor). Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Renee, Thanks for contacting us! What exactly do you mean by “template”? You can upload images directly to the Library > Get from Computer tab, and can also upload additional elements to the Photo Basket (at the bottom of the editor) which you can then drag onto your images as custom stickers or textures. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance!

Hi Ron, Thanks for contacting us! Yes, this is possible. The best way to achieve this is to first create a simple collage containing the images you want to clone from and to. Then use the Clone tool, and lastly Crop the collage so you are left with only the image that you desire. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi rsJOSHVA, Thanks for contacting us! At this stage Ribbet is only available for use online. Quite a few users have requested a downloadable, off-line version of Ribbet, and this is something we are considering for the future. I will update you if this becomes available.

Hi Annother, Thanks for contacting us!

You can copy the symbol from here: © and then paste it into the text area in Ribbet. Note however that not all fonts support the copyright symbol, but many do including the “Basic Fonts” at the top of the font list. You can add your text using any font, and then add a second piece of text for the copyright symbol in a font which supports it.

Let us know if you have any further questions!
