Hi Jan,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Currently you can achieve this by dragging the border between cells until all of the photo is showing. It unfortunately isn’t possible to zoom out to include the entire photo in any other way – the system does this on purpose to fill the cells. However, in the future we may change this to allow the Size slider (in the right bar) to let you do this.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can click anywhere on your photo to centre that circle. Does that help? If not, can you please reach our to our support team over email to support [at] ribbet.com and include a screenshot? They will be able to guide you.

Hi Tobias,
Thank you so much for your feedback!
You can achieve this with Ribbet Fly: https://ribbet.com/fly, by using the Brush tool’s “Color Replacement” brush or the Paint Bucket tool (both on the left toolbar).
We will be looking at improving color replacement within our main web editor in a future update.

– BenaUnfortunately currently you have to manually add those line breaks in, by hitting Enter within your text. So I’d suggest firstly sizing it to approximately the right size, and then adding in those breaks.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

Hi Viktoria,
Thanks so much for your feedback and I’m really sorry to hear that. The way that you’d achieve this in the new version is to select that layout with 4 squares, but then resize the collage to be 3000×750 (by going to Adjust > Resize).
However right now there’s a bug when you try to do this, which we’re working on resolving shortly. Then you’ll be able to do that.
Sorry for the inconvenience and please let us know if you have any further issues or feedback.

Hi Shahab,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can find these within the browser-based editor for desktop. It can be found by clicking the last icon within “Start from Scratch” at the top centre of the editor’s Start page, or from the last tab on the left bar “Stock” when editing an image. On some smaller screens this last icon may not be visible (it may run off the screen) – this is an issue we’re aware of and will be fixing very soon.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

Hi Lenore,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately currently it’s only possible to delete them one at a time. In our program version for desktop (available from ribbet.com/download) you can also clear your entire library.
In a future update, we will be supporting multi-delete. Sorry for the inconvenience!
