Hi Debra,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
There are a few things you can do to maximise the size of your saved files:
– Change your image quality setting to Archival (click Hi Username! on the top right toolbar to access your settings)
– When saving, select PNG format or keep JPG and increase the quality slider to 100%
– When creating a grid collage, choose HQ on the top right toolbarLet us know if you have any questions!

RibbetKeymasterHi Yonas,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately this isn’t currently possible. The API interface is simpler and simply has a button to save.
Let us know if you have any other questions!

RibbetKeymasterThere is one way to achieve this: first you can constrain your collage to the size you’re printing at. For example if printing at 4×6″ you could select this size from the dropdown on the left (when creating your collage). Then if you have 2 columns you’ll know each will be exactly 2″ wide when printed. If you have 4 columns you’ll know each will be exactly 1″ wide.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
RibbetKeymasterHi Tanya!
Teeth whitening did change but we’ll bring back the option to use the old style teeth whitening. We’ll launch this update soon – in the meantime you can still use the old version in our old editor.

RibbetKeymasterHi Kathy,
Thanks for reaching out to us! You can resize the cells within a collage by dragging the border between them. You should notice the mouse cursor changes to indicate when you can drag. You can also insert images between cells by dragging them in the middle of 2 cells (you’ll see a blue rectangle appear when this is possible).
Let us know if you have any questions.

RibbetKeymasterHi Suzanne,
Thanks for reaching out to us! There are a couple of ways to achieve this:
– You can use the Pro tab > Dodging tool to lighten areas. Adjust the dropdown between Shadows, Midtones and Highlights depending on what you want to lighten. You can also paint over your image a number of times
– You can also use the Pro tab > Pro Adjust tool to increase Exposure or Highlights, click Reverse Effect at the bottom of the Effect Painting dialog that appears and then paint on the areas you want to adjust.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

November 11, 2018 at 11:33 pm in reply to: Trying to get entire Canvas/photo to have vintage edit. #17006RibbetKeymasterHi Krisi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! You can achieve this by first “flattening” your image by clicking the Flatten icon, which is up the top right when editing next to undo/redo.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

RibbetKeymasterHi Miriam,
Thanks for reaching out to us! This is actually a limitation of how our collage maker currently works. You can move the image around and zoom in, however you can’t zoom out. This is something we will improve in a future update to the editor.
What you can do at the moment is resize each cell’s border by dragging it. So you could resize the cells to fit the photos, rather than the photos to fit the cells. Another thing you can try is adjusting the overall proportions of the collage (using the slider on the left). While these solutions may not be ideal, they are a workaround until we allow zooming out.

RibbetKeymasterHi Heather,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Yes, thanks to a recent enhancement there is a simple way to do this:
– If editing a Photo, within the Basic tab > Crop tool, choose “Custom Ratio…” in the dropdown and enter 5.25 x 7.25. You can then crop to this exact dimension.
– If creating a Grid Collage or starting with a Blank Canvas, do the exact same thing in the Constraints dropdown.
Let us know if you have any questions.

This is an excellent suggestion, thank you. We will be adding the ability to adjust line spacing and also letter spacing in a future update to Ribbet. We’ll also be adding some other nice functionality such as the ability to add drop shadows and stroke to text.
Let us know if you have any other questions or suggestions.

RibbetKeymasterHi Paola! You can achieve this using the Basic tab > Resize tool. Untick the “Keep Proportions” option unless you want to force the proportions of your new canvas size to be the same as your original size.

RibbetKeymasterHi Julie! Yes, however this is a limitation of Safari and Firefox on Mac. If you use Chrome browser you’ll be able to select the save destination.

RibbetKeymasterHi Tony, Thanks for reaching out to us!
Currently this isn’t possible, however we are looking at a solution for this and hopefully we can provide one soon. I will update this thread as soon as any new information is available.
