The Save button is now called “Export”. You can see it up the top right.
The old version (previously Flash) is still available as a program from https://ribbet.com/download (for Premium members only). Once installed it will add an icon to your Windows desktop or Mac icon bar, and you can always open it using that icon. You can also sign into it with your Ribbet account.
Any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
RibbetKeymasterHello, We have created a support ticket to address your concern and will be investigating and getting back to you shortly via email.

RibbetKeymasterHi Cynda,
There are 2 ways:
1. On our new web version at app.ribbet.com you can search for “hats” on the Stickers tab.
2. We also have our original version available as a program from ribbet.com/download. Once installed, you can access the Christmas hats from the Seasonal tab within “HOLIDAY”.
Let us know if you have any further questions!

RibbetKeymasterHi Mari,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
So the way Fancy Cards work is:
1. You select which card you want to use from the left panel
2. You drag any images you want to customize from the Photo Basket (at the bottom of the editor) onto the photo area (a white square appears while dragging when a photo can be replaced)
3. You click the blue “Done: Customize” button (up the top right of the editor)
4. You can then click any text you want to customize and edit it on the left text panel that appearsNote that not all images and text are editable.
Let us know if you have any further questions or issues.
Thanks!
– BenRibbetKeymasterHi Debby, We have followed up about this through email to see if we can get to the bottom of it.
Thanks,
– BenRibbetKeymasterHi Tami,
Yes we haven’t yet added it to our new web editor. You can still use it in the program version for Windows/Mac (available for download from https://ribbet.com/download).
I’ve just prioritized it in our roadmap so you can expect it within the next couple of updates to our web editor. I can’t provide you with an exact date but I’d anticipate within a couple of months, hopefully sooner.
Sincerely,
– BenRibbetKeymasterHi Willgard,
Ribbet’s desktop program can maintain up to 16 megapixels of quality in your images. To take advantage of this, change your Image Quality Setting to Archival (click “Hi Username” up the top right of the editor, then “Change” next to Image Quality and then select Archival and save).
Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hallo Willgard,

RibbetKeymasterHi Seraina,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
To achieve this:
1. When creating your Shape Collage, ensure “Hide Background” is ticked
2. Save your collage to your computer
3. Open up a new image that will be your background, or create a “Blank Canvas” with the background color you want
4. Re-upload your saved Shape Collage to the Photo Basket (at the bottom of the editor)
5. Drag it onto your main image and resize it appropriatelyLet us know if you have any other questions!

RibbetKeymasterHi Jan,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Currently you can achieve this by dragging the border between cells until all of the photo is showing. It unfortunately isn’t possible to zoom out to include the entire photo in any other way – the system does this on purpose to fill the cells. However, in the future we may change this to allow the Size slider (in the right bar) to let you do this.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

RibbetKeymasterHi Pennybun,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can click anywhere on your photo to centre that circle. Does that help? If not, can you please reach our to our support team over email to support [at] ribbet.com and include a screenshot? They will be able to guide you.
