Hi Tara, Thanks for contacting us! Once you click the red Save Photo button, a dialog appears which shows the location where your file will save. You can also change this to any other location, such as your Desktop. On Windows, this location usually defaults to the “Documents” folder (Libraries\Documents). Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Ned, Thanks for contacting us! This is possible by using the Effects tab > Fancy Focus, Focal Soften or Focal Zoom effects (around 2/3 down the page). Click on the subject of the photo and play with the effect’s settings to adjust things to your needs. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Nicci, Thanks for contacting us and sorry that you’re experiencing this issue! Could you please try closing down your web browser completely and then re-launching Ribbet? This restarts Adobe Flash (which Ribbet runs on) and should resolve odd issues such as blank screens. Let us know if you continue to have an issue and we’ll help you to sort it out!

Hi Jen, Thanks for contacting us! The Music button launches SonicHits which is a music streaming service that our team has created as a side project. This is for listening to music while you edit, and isn’t intended as a way to add music to a slideshow or anything like that. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Andrea, Thanks for contacting us! One easy way of achieving this is to use the first Photo License sticker (about a page from the top on the Stickers tab) and then use the Eraser tool to remove the C from the center of this sticker. You will be left with a hollow circle. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Chloe, Thanks for contacting us!

For commercial use (any use that generates a profit), it will be necessary to purchase the rights for any stickers you use on a logo. If you contact us here with details of which specific stickers you want to use, we’ll send you a link to purchase the stock images. They’re generally inexpensive.

As far as the fonts go, each font has different commercial use terms. You can check on these by clicking the little human icon at the top of the font list when on a particular font. There will be a link to the font designer’s website, and information on the price (if any) for a commercial license. These too are generally inexpensive or donationware.

Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Roadrunner, Thanks for contacting us! You can create a blank canvas at 6900 x 2300px. This will allow for a DPI of 96, which is a little on the low side, however should be of an acceptable quality for a banner that will be viewed from at least a few feet away. You should check with the company producing the banner that these dimensions are large enough for them. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Waqas, Thanks for contacting us! This is definitely a feature that we’ll be adding in an upcoming Ribbet version. Let us know if you have any further questions or suggestions!

Hi Jayson, Thanks for contacting us! Yes, after applying the texture, click on it (anywhere on your image) and the Frame Properties dialog will appear. You can then use the Eraser Tool on this dialog to erase areas from the texture. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi, Thanks for contacting us! We haven’t removed any features, but jigsaw collages are currently limited in that the Rows and Columns sliders (down the bottom left when creating a collage) are disabled for this type of collage. You can adjust the Proportions slider, however there isn’t currently a way to adjust the proportions of a single cell within a collage.

We will be looking at further enhancing collage in the future, to let you remove and change the proportions of an individual cell. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Jayson, Thanks for contacting us! We unfortunately don’t have a sunset effect. To create a sun in the sky type effect, you could find a transparent PNG image of a sun on Google Images and then upload and drag this onto your image from the Photo Basket at the bottom of the editor. Let us know if you have any further questions!
