Hi Karen, Thanks for contacting us! You can use the Enter key on your keyboard to break lines into a paragraph (when entering the text). You should also be able to copy/paste the poem using Ctrl C (or Command C) to copy from the poem and Ctrl V (or Command V) to paste into the text field.

RibbetKeymasterHi Yasir, Thanks for contacting us!
In order to change the background of an image you will need to use the Eraser tool. Start by opening up the background image, and then drag on your foreground image from the Photo Basket at the bottom of the editor. You can then use the eraser to delete areas from the foreground photo. We have a brief demo video which demonstrates how this is done.

RibbetKeymasterHi Tanya,
Thanks for contacting us! Ribbet doesn’t actually have a DPI setting, but the dimensions will determine the “dots per inch” when printing. So for 2.375×3″ @ 300DPI the dimensions would need to be:
2.375×300 x 3×300
= 713 x 900Let us know if we can be of any further assistance!
RibbetKeymasterHi Buzzcar, There isn’t a way to manipulate each photo. Unfortunately you have to do your best with the Shuffle functionality. Let us know if you have any further questions!
RibbetKeymasterHi Buzzcarr, Try double-clicking the item from the History tab. If you have an unsaved edit opened, it will ask you to Save or Discard your changes. If you don’t need the changes, Discard and it will then load up your item from History.
RibbetKeymasterHi Buzzcar, Thanks for contacting us! Unfortunately currently there isn’t a way to split your uploads into folders: they all live within the single Uploads collection. What I’d suggest is setting up a second account for your friend (using their email address), and simply sign out and back in again when dealing with their project. Let us know if you have any further questions!
RibbetKeymasterHi Karen, Thanks for contacting us! Currently you can only change the border of the entire collage (as opposed to individual cells). You can do this by adjusting the Spacing slider and color picker next to this to black. Let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks!
RibbetKeymasterHi Tony, Thanks for contacting us! To achieve this, first click on the effect you want (for example Sepia) and then paint over the areas you want to highlight (by dragging with your mouse button down). Let us know if you have any further questions!
RibbetKeymasterHi Penelope, Thanks for contacting us! You can do this from the Library > Get from Computer tab. Click the Cog icon beneath the image you want to delete, and then select the Delete menu. Let us know if you have any further questions!
RibbetKeymasterHi Sara, Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear that you’ve run into this issue! There isn’t any max file size or other limit that you’ve exceeded. It sounds like a Flash problem. I suggest exiting your web browser completely and then re-launching Ribbet. This should resolve the issue.
To ensure you don’t lose your work, first make sure you’re signed in, save your work, and then after re-launching Ribbet you will be able to find it on the Library > History tab.

RibbetKeymasterHi Sandi, Thanks for contacting us! You can straighten your photo within the Basic Edits > Rotate tool > Straighten slider. Let us know if you have any further questions!
RibbetKeymasterHi Steve, Thanks for contacting us! You are correct that some effects do not behave as you might expect on transparent pictures. This is unfortunately a limitation of these effects.
Dragging on transparent pictures from the Photo Basket shouldn’t result in any blurring. Double-check the quality of the original transparent image, as it may be that it is slightly blurry. Sometimes there is a slight delay after dragging on your image before the image fully downloads and sharpens up.
Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns! If you would like further assistance one-on-one regarding your images you can contact us here: http://www.ribbet.com/contactus.rbt
RibbetKeymasterHi Buzzcar, Thanks for contacting us!
If I understand correctly, when creating your Shape Collage you will need to add as many photos from the Photo Basket as you have selected on the Number of Photos slider. This should allow you to have each photo used only once.
