Hi Terri, Thanks for contacting us! Unfortunately there isn’t a way to modify the way Kookiness works: it’s currently just a simple slider and you can’t modify the direction in which it shifts the cells. The only way to more accurately create a “kooky collage” is to create a “Blank Canvas” (from the Library > Start tab) and then manually drag on the images from the “Photo Basket” (at the bottom of the editor) and then rotate them. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance!
Hi Karen, Thanks for contacting us! You can use the Enter key on your keyboard to break lines into a paragraph (when entering the text). You should also be able to copy/paste the poem using Ctrl C (or Command C) to copy from the poem and Ctrl V (or Command V) to paste into the text field.
Let us know if you have any further questions!
Hi Yasir, Thanks for contacting us!
In order to change the background of an image you will need to use the Eraser tool. Start by opening up the background image, and then drag on your foreground image from the Photo Basket at the bottom of the editor. You can then use the eraser to delete areas from the foreground photo. We have a brief demo video which demonstrates how this is done.

Hi Tanya,
Thanks for contacting us! Ribbet doesn’t actually have a DPI setting, but the dimensions will determine the “dots per inch” when printing. So for 2.375×3″ @ 300DPI the dimensions would need to be:
2.375×300 x 3×300
= 713 x 900Let us know if we can be of any further assistance!
Hi Buzzcar, Thanks for contacting us! Unfortunately currently there isn’t a way to split your uploads into folders: they all live within the single Uploads collection. What I’d suggest is setting up a second account for your friend (using their email address), and simply sign out and back in again when dealing with their project. Let us know if you have any further questions!
Hi Karen, Thanks for contacting us! Currently you can only change the border of the entire collage (as opposed to individual cells). You can do this by adjusting the Spacing slider and color picker next to this to black. Let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks!
Hi Sara, Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear that you’ve run into this issue! There isn’t any max file size or other limit that you’ve exceeded. It sounds like a Flash problem. I suggest exiting your web browser completely and then re-launching Ribbet. This should resolve the issue.
To ensure you don’t lose your work, first make sure you’re signed in, save your work, and then after re-launching Ribbet you will be able to find it on the Library > History tab.
Let us know if we can be of any further assistance!
