I was a ‘piknik” user before it shut down, so I am used to this type of program. I just found out about ribbet today and tried using it and nothing is happening…I plyed with burning, sunless tan even the lip color harshness and tone-nothing…what am I doing wrong? Please help-i loved piknik used it all the time-even for my husbands prof. portrait to go into the newspaper when we opened our new firm! If I need to buy the premium-so be it…but I really want this to work!

Hi Lisa, Sorry you’re having this problem. I’d be happy to help you sort it out. The most common remedy for these types of issues is to:
– update your Adobe Flash player, or alternatively try using the free Google Chrome browser
