can’t upload image from URL

Hello, I’m trying to use Ribbet API to edit some images from my website, the problem is, when i send the img URL as a parameter the editor keeps saying that it could no load my image, I also tried the “Get From Web site” button, the thumbnail loads correctly but when i double click it, the same problem. I tried loading the URL on several computers and browsers, all load it perfectly, i tried other API (pixlr) and it also loads the image correctly. Any idea why this is happening?
