1. Download and install the updated test build https://ribbet.com/native/update/Ribbet%20Setup%201.6.0t4.exe. It’s identical to the current live version but has some extra logging and a fix for the “PHOTOS” tab
2. Launch Ribbet and click the PHOTOS tab
3. Reply to our email and attach this file (copy/paste it when browsing for a file to attach):
