I have a good DSLR and when I upload a collage made on ribbet to vistaprint it says it is low resolution for a 5 x 7 card. What have I done wrong?

Hi Beth, Thanks for contacting us. When creating your collage, make sure you’re signed in and then change the Quality setting on the top right toolbar to High. This will maximize the resolution for printing. For an existing collage, if you open it from your Library > History tab and click Undo until you’re back in Collage mode, you will then be able to change it to High quality.
