Hi, I just registered to this awesome website but I am having a problem login in. I log out to use the account on another computer, but now it says that the password is wrong. I hit the forgot password link and even with the password provided I still have the same problem. I deleted my cookies and I closed and opened a new window. Are you guys having login in problems? Thanks in advance.

Hi ChiaraM, there shouldn’t be any problem with logging in.
In the recovery email, make sure your username is as you expect (the email will say Dear ), and then make sure you type the password exactly as it shows.
I have just tested this and there is no problem with the recovery password. If you are still having a problem, please email us at support [at] ribbet [dot] com with your username and we’ll investigate further.
