PNG file sinstead of JPG

Good day, I am becoming frustrated with something that has never been a problem before. For some reason now, every single time that I save a picture it does not remember to save in the previous JPG file that I have chosen and have to choose it each time. It’s reverting to a PNG file automatically with each save. It’s also not saving the photo number correctly without me choosing it. It used to do this automatically. Can you help me to fix this. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to us! We have just released a fix for this. It should now correctly default to JPG (unless the image is transparent in which case it will default to PNG) and remember the last file name. Let us know if you have any further issues.
