parts missing on text

  Hi,
  I have downloaded my fonts, and on certain ones, parts of the letters appear to be missing when I use ‘Text’ in a design ?
  I use one called ” Beyond Wonderland”, which has lots of swirls and curls to the bottom of each letter, and a lot of the time, parts of these swirls are missing ? This doesn’t happen when I am using the same font in a word document, so I know that the actual font is OK, it only happens in Ribbet ? I wondered if there was any reason…other than that I LOVE RIBBET ! x

  Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear that you’ve run into this issue! I have seen the problem you’re referring to in the past, but I just installed Beyond Wonderland on my machine here and got the same result in Word, Google Chrome and Firefox. Which browser are you using? One thing you could try is trying a different web browser.
