Panel across the bottom of screen

The past day or so I’ve noticed that there is a solid panel that’s running across the bottom of the screen. It’s on every page/screen I use (except for here in the Forum). I cant click in it, I cant move it up or down, when I scroll through menu options they disappear behind it. Is it a glitch on my computer or is there a problem within Ribbet. Hope you can help, thankyou 🙂

Hi Paula, This isn’t a panel which Ribbet has added and must be caused by something else on your computer. If you email us a screenshot to support [at] ribbet.com we can see what’s possible in assisting you to sort this out. It may be caused by a virus or toolbar that was installed on your computer.

Hi Tyanna, This problem turned out to be due to a newly installed ad blocker, which once disabled on Google Chrome resulted in Ribbet looking perfect again.
