‘My Fonts’ will not enlarge ?

Hi, when I use any of the fonts already in Ribbet, I can enlarge them fully..however, when I load ‘my fonts’..they will not enlarge as much as the already installed ones ? Is there anything I can do be able to enlarge my own fonts ?

Hi Sue,
Thanks for reaching out to us! This is a known limitation of using Ribbet in Chrome browser (and the latest version of Edge browser which is built on Chrome). You can overcome this by using another browser such as Firefox, or by simply installing our program version from ribbet.com/download. Once installed you can launch Ribbet from the icon that’s added to your desktop, and sign in with your existing Ribbet account.
