HELP WITH PHOTOSHOP

I have a beautiful picture of my friend and his niece, one of the last ones taken before she committed suicide. Unfortunately, one of his friends jokingly put their arm and middle finger through the picture.. is there anyone who could photoshop it out? I have no skills at this and I know its important to him. thanks in advance
