Draw over and background

Picmonkey Flash had this feature where you could draw over any image in any colour.
I used it frequently and Ribbet desktop is the closest I have found to Picmonkey so would love this feature Also is possible to have a grey background instead of white as I upload plain white canvases and you can’t see the edges?

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I believe the tool you’re after is the Sketch tool on the Effects tab.

With blank canvases, you can choose any background color when you create one, including grey. Is that what you mean?
