after editing my photo, i try to save it but it just continuously tries to compress my photo but never actually does. This problem just started about a week ago. I tried using the basic downloader but it says there is an error. i also have the latest version of adobe flashplayer. help please. i don’t want to find another photo editor!

Hi Elisa, It sounds like Flash has got itself into a funny state. Could you please try closing down your browser completely and reopening it? If you continue to experience a problem, please try rebooting your computer. If you still have a problem contact us here and we’ll help you sort it out.
