Hi Freed?m, I believe that I know exactly what you mean. Try this:
– Grab a rectangle from Shapes > Geometric (the 2nd shape).
– Resize it to fit the text. You can send it behind text (if necessary) by right-clicking it and choosing “Send to back”
– Fade it to 25-30% (or to a level you think looks good).
