Hi Laurel, Sorry you’re having this problem. This isn’t one we’ve seen before. Have you recently upgraded your computer (such as updating Internet Explorer, installing a new anti-virus program etc)?
Here are a couple of suggestions to try to fix this problem:
– Try closing down your browser completely and re-opening it
– Try updating Flash
If you continue to have the problem, you could try temporarily disabling any anti-virus or firewall programs you’re running, or you could try using Google’s free Chrome browser.
