Sorry to hear that you’ve run into this issue! When you add an image to the Photo Basket it uploads it to our server – it may be that depending on your internet speed and the size of your images that this could take some time, however it shouldn’t take 5 minutes. What you could do is upload a bunch of images at once when you aren’t using your computer, so that when you come back they’re ready to add from the Photo Basket.
