How to use the Levels tool

In this tutorial you will learn how to use the Levels tool.

First open your image in Ribbet and then follow these steps:

1. Select Levels from the Pro menu
2. Move the black slider right to increase shadows
3. Move the white slider left to increase highlights
4. Use the grey slider to adjust mid-tones
5. Move the black Output Levels slider right to make blacks greyer
6. Move the white Output Levels slider left to reduce exposure
7. Select Paint to erase parts of the applied effect
8. Adjust the Brush Size, Hardness and Strength sliders
9. Paint over the areas you want to erase
10. Select Brush to recover erased parts
