Hi Estrella, Thanks for contacting us! One thing you can do with Ribbet (which may help), is to open up a previous collage from the Library > History tab, and then click the Undo button (up the top right) until you’re back in Collage mode. This will allow you to keep the settings (aspect ratio etc) of your previous collage, and just replace the images. Hopefully that’s of some help to you. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Jack, Thanks for contacting us. To edit transparent PNGs it’s necessary to first go to the Library > Start tab and create a Blank Canvas (make sure that you tick the Transparent checkbox). You can then drag on your transparent PNG from the Photo Basket at the bottom of the editor, and it will maintain its transparency. Let us know if you have any further questions or problems!

Hi Janiemae, Thanks for contacting us. The privacy of photos on G+ depends on the privacy settings of the G+ folder you save into. Change the folder to private and then all images within it will be private. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Chrissie, Thanks for contacting us! At this stage it’s necessary to delete items from your history in order to see further back than 1000 images. You can preview all history items here in the Ribbet Lab, however currently selecting an item will show it on Ribbet Lab merchandise, as opposed to load it in the editor.

Hi leti_uchiha, Thanks for contacting us! At this stage we’re still considering creating an offline/downloadable version of Ribbet, and unfortunately can’t give you a timeline for when this will be available. Thanks for the feedback and it’s good to know that a demand definitely exists for an offline version.

Hi Candace, Thanks for contacting us. There are a couple of things you can try, however restoring noisy and grainy images is generally quite difficult to achieve. Within the Pro tab > Pro Editor tool > Pixlr Editor there is the Filter menu > Denoise option, however this has quite a subtle impact. This, in combination with using the Filter menu > Unsharp Mask, and the Blur tool (the blue raindrop icon on the side toolbar), will be your best tools.

There are a number of video tutorials on YouTube on how to get the most out of Pixlr, such as this one which focuses on these tools. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance!

Hi Carly, Thanks for contacting us. This can be achieved using the Pro tab > Pro Editor tool > Pixlr Editor:

    – On the left toolbar select the Drawing tool (yellow rectangle and circle icon around 1/2 way down the toolbar in the 2nd column)
    – Untick “Fill Shape” on the top toolbar and select the “Border Size”
    – You can also change the color down the bottom of the left toolbar (by clicking the black rectangle below the hand icon)
    – Lastly, draw on the rectangle, and when you’re done click the File menu > Save and then the OK button

Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Kiva, Thanks for contacting us! As you may be aware, you can add text from the Text tab. After adding your text, you can resize it by dragging it from the corner, and rotate it by dragging it from the circle that appears centered directly above the text. By adding text of different sizes and rotations you should be able to create a word cloud. Let us know if you have any further questions!

There is an exception and that’s if you add a sticker using the Pro tool. After using this tool the image is flattened and the only way to remove a sticker is to Undo back through your changes. If you haven’t used the Pro tool and you’re still experiencing a problem, save your image and contact us here to let us know to investigate your last History item. We’ll look into what the issue is and let you know what we find.

Hi Jerri, Thanks for contacting us 🙂 To change a single photo to print on 8×11.5″ paper, you can use Basic Edits > Crop tool to crop your image to exactly 8×11.5 (select this size from the dropdown). This should then fit the paper perfectly. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Brian, We actually hadn’t really set up our Google+ page properly until now (we’ve been more focused on Facebook and Twitter). You can find us at https://plus.google.com/+Ribbet/.

Continuing with this post is fine. I’m not sure why LastPass doesn’t support Ribbet, but it’s probably because Ribbet’s Adobe Flash based, and perhaps LastPass only supports HTML passwords.
