I downloaded the Ribbet desktop to my desktop a dew days ago. But after closing the computer at night, every morning since when I hit my taskbar Ribbet icon that was installed during installation, it has to go through the complete permissions and installation proces… although after the first day it is recognizing me so I don’t have to log in. This is pretty clunky… usually when an app is installed on the PC it should just open up without having to install each time. Is there a fix for this?

It sounds like the Ribbet installer program has somehow been added to your Taskbar. You should be able to remove this by right-mouse-clicking it and choosing “Unpin from Taskbar”.
Once you’ve downloaded and installed Ribbet once, as with other programs you then don’t need to ever install it again. Instead you can launch it from the frog icon that is automatically added to your Desktop, or you can also find it in your Windows Start menu by typing “Ribbet”. You can also add it to your Taskbar by dragging the icon from your Desktop to your Taskbar.

Hi- I’ve been using the downloaded version of Ribbet in my computer for a couple months now and I love it- but this morning I apparently deleted it from my home page and now I can’t find it. I am a premium customer. Is there a way I can download it again? I know I can still use it on the web but it was great to have easy access to the program in my lap tap. Thanks for your help.
