RibbetKeymaster
Hi Jennifer,
We are working on allowing editing of your entire image history (beyond the 1000 limit). This will be provided for free, with the next big Ribbet update.
Thanks for your feedback!

RibbetKeymasterHi SK,
To add a personalized logo, you can upload the logo image to the Photo Basket at the bottom of the editor, and then drag it onto your main image.
You can do the exact same thing for a frame, but if you want to create a repeating image frame, the way to do this is by clicking on the Start tab > Shape Collage, dragging on the frame image from the Photo Basket and selecting an appropriate shape. You can then click Done! and then drag on your main image from the Photo Basket to center it within the frame.

RibbetKeymasterHi Pam,
Thanks for contacting us! We have tested with Sierra and there doesn’t seem to be any new issues with it. The original issue with saving in Safari on El Capitan also appears in Sierra however the fix we implemented for El Capitan is also working for Sierra. There are therefore no known issues with this Mac OS upgrade.
In the unlikely event that you did experience any issues after upgrading, these could be worked around by using a different web browser than Safari, such as Chrome or Firefox, however based on our tests you shouldn’t see any issues.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
RibbetKeymasterHi Donna,
Thanks for contacting us! Yes you can upload multiple pictures as long as you’re a registered user (if not Sign Up first). When selecting files:
– Hold down the Command or Control key on your keyboard
– Or, you can also select multiple files in a row by clicking the first, holding down the Shift key and then clicking the lastLet us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
RibbetKeymasterHi Kim,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry that you’ve run into this issue. We are aware of this – it seems to be an intermittent issue with the latest version of Chrome. It seems to go away after restarting your browser and/or computer.
Hopefully this will resolve itself when Google releases a new version of Chrome. If it becomes a continuing issue for you, one thing you can do to work around it is to temporarily switch to another web browser such as Firefox when using Ribbet. Or, you could stick with Chrome and try temporarily disabling Pepperflash and then updating Flash.
Let us know if you have any further questions or issues. Thanks!
RibbetKeymasterHi Mary,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear that you’ve run into this issue!
That is strange and it isn’t a problem we’ve previously heard of. Could you please try opening the saved image with your web browser or with another program (such as Windows Paint) to see if it’s clear? Could you also try saving to a different location such as your Desktop, to see if that might be the issue?
If you still have a problem and would like us to investigate this further, could you please forward a saved image in an email to support [at] ribbet.com? We will then look into what the issue may be. Thanks!
RibbetKeymasterHi Carla,
Currently there isn’t a way to see this. When you open up an image from your Library > History tab, you can Undo/Redo the changes you made, move around elements, change text etc, however there isn’t a way to see the specific settings you chose. This would be a brilliant enhancement and is something we will look at including in a future Ribbet version.
Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
RibbetKeymasterHi Carla,
At this time there isn’t a way to perform batch operations, however this is something we are considering for a future Ribbet version.

RibbetKeymasterHi Brandon,
Thanks for contacting us and I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve run into this issue!
Under Safari on the most recent versions of OS X, Ribbet has to use a special technique to save due to an Adobe bug which otherwise causes the browser to crash. This issue is affecting all online photo editors as well as other sites that need to save files to your computer using Flash.
Normally with the workaround we have in place the save still works seamlessly, but if you’re having issues then make sure you can see your image on the Library > Uploads tab. If you can it should save, but if it still won’t I’d suggest using a different web browser such as Google’s free Chrome browser or Firefox as this will be a sure-fire solution given that these browsers use our standard save technique.
Let us know if we can assist further in any way!
RibbetKeymasterHi Rosie,
Thanks for contacting us! Not all fonts support the € symbol, and so if it’s appearing as a ? it will be necessary to try adding that symbol using a different font. If you’re keen to keep the font you’re using, you’ll need to leave a space for the € symbol, and then add the € as a second piece of text in a different font, and position it in that space.

RibbetKeymasterHi Ema,
Thanks for contacting us! In order to maintain transparency in your saved images it’s necessary to change the Format dropdown from JPG to PNG when saving. This is because JPG images don’t support transparency, whereas PNG images do.

RibbetKeymasterHi Maximaxim,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear that you’ve run into this issue! There is currently a bug affecting the latest version of Firefox. I believe this is the cause of your issue. You can find more information on this issue and how to fix it here.

RibbetKeymasterHi Cyndi, There are 2 ways to achieve this:
1. You can hold down the Shift key on your keyboard while resizing the arrow – this will however distort it. Or,
2. You can create the head of the arrow using the regular arrow shape, and then add a rectangle (the 2nd shape from the Geometric shapes group which is just above the arrow group) to act as the tail of the arrow. You will need to resize it to fit perfectly.Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
