RibbetKeymasterThanks Emily 🙂 Do you mean for our iOS app or the web version? A bunch of new iOS app filters are coming soon with the next update.

RibbetKeymasterHi Emily,
I’m very sorry to hear that. It may be that they just take a while to approve applications, however you can contact their support here to follow up on why you haven’t heard back from them.
Let us know if we can help further with this.

RibbetKeymasterHi Emily,
Thanks for your feedback! Are there any filter options or styles in particular you’d like to see? You could also take a look at some of the options available within the Pro tab > Pro Editor tool > Pixlr Express option.

RibbetKeymasterHi Arl, Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can achieve this – although we don’t have an import from Pinterest option, you can:
1. Click GRID COLLAGE from our START tab
2. In the Photo Basket (down the very bottom left) change the dropdown from Uploads to Web
3. Enter the URL of each image and you can then drag the image onto the collage
4. Click DONE up the top right and then SAVE up the top center to save your image to your computer
5. Upload the image to FacebookLet us know if you have any questions about this!

RibbetKeymasterHi Lynn,
To clarify: you’re currently posting to the Ribbet blog, and I am speaking for Ribbet.
I’d say the issue here is that the latest version of Firefox on Mac made some breaking changes which prevents Flash from saving (see this article). You can actually follow the 4 steps under the title “To disable the Flash sandbox in Firefox” in that article to switch off this change, which should fix things for you.

RibbetKeymasterHi Lynn, Pixlr doesn’t have anything to do with Ribbet but we do have a tool on our Pro tab called the Pro Editor tool. Using this tool you can edit your photo with Pixlr and Pixlr Express. I’m not sure why Pixlr isn’t working for you and unfortunately we can’t help much with that, but you could try editing through Ribbet with the Pro Editor tool and it might just work for you (at least until it’s sorted out). Another thing you could try is a different web browser such as Chrome.

RibbetKeymasterHi Lynn, Sorry to hear you’ve run into this issue. Are you using Pixlr through Ribbet’s Pro Editor tool? It seems to be saving fine from here, can you please try again?
Is the problem that the image doesn’t save back from Pixlr to Ribbet? It should replace your current edit so you can then save. If not, are you seeing an error message or what happens exactly?

RibbetKeymasterOnce you’ve loaded up your font list in Ribbet, any additional fonts you install won’t appear until you restart your web browser. So exiting your browser completely and then relaunching Ribbet should get those few fonts to appear.

RibbetKeymasterHi Erin,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Do you mean how to use fonts installed on your Mac within Ribbet? If so, there’s a button down the bottom of the font list to load your installed fonts. If not, please let us know.

RibbetKeymasterThanks Michelle 🙂 We will improve the intuitiveness of this functionality!

RibbetKeymasterHi Michelle,
Thanks for reaching out to us! The only way to get back into “Collage mode” is to click Undo until you return to it (you’ll see all the collage options appear to the left). This same technique can be used to get back into creating the collage for old edits opened up from the PHOTOS tab (top left) History sub-tab (on the left bar).
Let us know if you have any other questions!

RibbetKeymasterIn that case you need to:
1. Click the BLANK CANVAS button up the top right of the START tab
2. Make sure the Transparent background checkbox is on
3. Then add text/images and save with PNG selected in the Format dropdownRegards – The Ribbet Team
RibbetKeymasterHi Barbara,
Yes you can add Text to your image by navigating to the Text tab (on the left bar), entering the text you want to add up in the top left box and then clicking Add.
To add a picture as a watermark you can upload it and drag it on from the Photo Basket (at the bottom of the editor).
To export as .png you simply change the Format dropdown to PNG on the Save tab.
Let us know if you have any other questions!
