could you set up a option to save completed edited image that are done, to a flash drive and/or a memory card instead of just MY COMPUTER

Hi Palio, When you click the red Save button, you should be able to browse to any drives attached to your computer, including flash drives & memory cards. Just have a browse around and you should be able to find them.
