Editing photos on Android/iOS via API

We want to enable our customers to edit photos in their online accounts (a lab management system). Right now our site passes photos to ribbet.com and users with flash-enabled browsers edit them and ribbet returns the result to insight-live where it is updated.
But how can we make this happen in iOS? Android? We would love to see this and it could mean that most of our customers would become ribbet customers.

Currently this isn’t possible, however we are looking at a solution for this and hopefully we can provide one soon. I will update this thread as soon as any new information is available.
