That is strange and it isn’t a problem we’ve previously heard of. Could you please try opening the saved image with your web browser or with another program (such as Windows Paint) to see if it’s clear? Could you also try saving to a different location such as your Desktop, to see if that might be the issue?
If you still have a problem and would like us to investigate this further, could you please forward a saved image in an email to support [at] ribbet.com? We will then look into what the issue may be. Thanks!
