  Transparent Drop Shadow Feature would be great..If I save it as png. it still doesn’t how up as transparent when I upload it to Flickr.

  If you use the Drop Shadow frame, tick Transparent Background and then save in PNG format, you should be left with a transparent dropdown on the resulting image.
  
  When uploading to Flickr, our understanding is that only Flickr’s original size image maintains transparency. The other sizes are all displayed non-transparently.
