I am new to this program. Not a professional, but do take pictures for friends and family. I was wondering if there was a way through the Ribbet program to remove the glare from glasses? I thought I was doing a decent job while taking them, but now that they are up on the big screen I’m seeing a whole new picture.

Hi Katie,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Depending on the amount of glare in the image, one approach which can work well is to use the Pro tab > Burn tool to paint over the glasses a few times. You can try doing it with “Highlights”, “Midtones” and “Shadows” selected in the tool’s options. I have found that using all 3 can create a realistic edit. Also, painting the same spot a number of times increases the intensity of the tool.
Another suggestion I have is that on our Design Corner group on Facebook (for Premium members) there are many users who are keen to share tips such as this and it’s a good place to ask for help (there are also members of our team on there fielding questions where helpful).
If you have any other questions, please let us know!
– Regards, The Ribbet Team
