Whenever I click to use the Vibrance feature, the page completely crashes. I’m not sure if it’s because I use Google Chrome. I’ve used this feature numerous times while on Chrome so I’m not sure why it no longer works. All other features works, just not Vibrance. Can someone please help me with this?

Hi Diana, There should be no problem using Google Chrome. I’m using Chrome now and Vibrance is working fine for me. It may be a temporary problem that can be fixed by either: closing all browser windows and trying again, or clearing your cache. Please let us know if neither solution works for you.

This is happening to me too !!! In fact I have only been able to use Vibrance once this week ! This is so frustrating because it is my favourite effect. I am using Google Chrome too. Closing all browser windows did not fix it.
