  I’m making text with the transparent background with white text and it shows up fine when making it but once I save it the background becomes white and my text disappears?

  Thanks for reaching out to us!
  
  In order to preserve transparency in your saved images it’s necessary to change the Format dropdown when saving from JPG to PNG. This is because the JPG format doesn’t support transparency whereas PNG does.
