Stickers getting them to "go behind"

I am looking for someone to help me with an issue regarding the stickers. I have a pumpkin photo to which I would like to have a “ghost” sticker appear to be coming out behind the pumpkin. I can load the ghost sticker & crop it to the size i wan but when I right click to either “send to back” or “send backward” it stays the same. How can I get it to work? I know I have gotten similar things to do this in the past. Help! or Ideas??

Hi Kim, Thanks for contacting us. There shouldn’t be a general issue with the “Send to back” menu. Could you please try closing down your web browser completely and re-opening it? This will restart Flash which fixes most odd issues such as this one.
