  I have forgotten my password and username.When I sent email to ribbet all they sent to me was new password.I need username too!!

  Hi Cher, Although it’s not immediately obvious, you can in fact see your username in the reset password email after the word Dear. For example:
  
  Dear Username,
  
  We have reset your password to: 54321
  
  Please login again with this password.
