Thanks for contacting us and sorry that you’ve run into this issue. We are aware of this – it seems to be an intermittent issue with the latest version of Chrome. It seems to go away after restarting your browser and/or computer.
Hopefully this will resolve itself when Google releases a new version of Chrome. If it becomes a continuing issue for you, one thing you can do to work around it is to temporarily switch to another web browser such as Firefox when using Ribbet. Or, you could stick with Chrome and try temporarily disabling Pepperflash and then updating Flash.
