ribbet keeps crashing

      Hi, for the past 3 days I’ve been unable to do anything on Ribbet because it crashes within minutes of getting on.
      What can I do ? This is the only place it’s happening. I have to keep restarting my computer. TIA

      Hi MaryMary,

      Thanks for contacting us.

      We identified an issue which was affecting Ribbet when using the latest version of Firefox and Flash on Windows. We’ve just pushed a fix for this issue. Could you please reboot one last time, as this will ensure that Adobe Flash is restarted cleanly. You should hopefully then be able to use Firefox without an issue.

      If you do continue to have a problem, could you please contact us here so that we can follow up with you one-on-one to sort out the issue. You could also in the meantime try another web browser such as Google Chrome.
