problem in loading the page

i am able to see the home page.. when i click on the edit button.the features are not loading..it is showing a blank white page..images and words are not displaying.is it necessary to add any features to edit a photo in ribbet online.. please help me.. i am very much excited to use this… 🙁

Hi Latha, Thanks for contacting us and sorry that you’re experiencing this issue.
If you’re getting a blank white page, this indicates that Adobe Flash is in a funny state, and therefore not loading Ribbet correctly. Normally this can be resolved by simply closing down your web browser completely, and then re-launching Ribbet.
If you do this and you continue to have a problem, please try upgrading flash and then restarting your web browser.
Lastly, if you still can’t load Ribbet, try clearing your Flash cache by finding www.ribbet.com in this list, and click the Delete Website button.
