Hi 2paw,
Thanks for reaching out to us! We actually removed the Empty button from the new version because some users in the past have emptied it, not realising it would delete their entire library.
You can still empty it by heading to the Photos > Uploads tab and clicking Clear All there. Do you think that’s OK, or would you prefer to see the Clear button back on the Photo Basket (we could add an extra warning message)?

Wow, I didn’t expect such a quick reply. Thank you!! I would prefer a delete button that just worked on the Upload photo basket. Otherwise it is just extra clicking and steps. I know I will get used to it, change is always difficult, but I like to have an action that applied to what I see and what I am doing. That seems sensible.
Thank you again. I would have ended up with a bazillion photos in the upload collage basket!!! -
Hi 2paw! You’re very welcome.
The only thing is, and this is why we removed the button because of this ambiguity: the Collage Photo Basket is the same images as the Editor Photo Basket and also the same as the Photos > Uploads tab. All 3 are simply your “Uploads” and clearing from any 1 of these places clears the other 2 places. That’s why we just made it so you had to clear it on the Photos > Uploads tab, since it’s pretty clear from there that you’re clearing everything. But we could add back the button to the Photo Basket and add a message which warns you of this.

Ok got it Thanks.. yes it would be awesome to be able to delete directly fr the Phoro basket. I often upload something I will only use that one time and it bumps out something that I use regularly from the basket as space is needed.
Question…is it possible when creating/editing to grab a photo from history and add it as s layer to what you are editing or is this only possible using the basket?

Hi GT,
Thanks for reaching out to us! You can delete individual items by navigating to the PHOTOS tab (up the top left) and then Uploads (on the left bar). Deleting individual items here (by clicking the Delete cross to the bottom right when hovering over any photo) will also delete them from your Photo Basket and you can then return to editing on the EDIT tab (up the top left).
In the future we will look at allowing deleting items directly in the Photo Basket.

Good news: we will be adding better management of all uploads and history in an upcoming enhancement to Ribbet, including support for labels/folders, and ordering/search. This will allow commonly used files to sit in a separate folder and not be bumped when uploading new images.
You can add history items directly from the Photo Basket by changing the dropdown from Uploads to History and dragging on items. Is there another way that you’d like to see us add?
