How can I decrease the number of photos in a collage? I need one big photo and two smaller ones.

Hi Dana, Currently it’s only possible to change the number of rows and columns on certain collage templates and therefore currently you can only create a template with one big photo and three smaller ones. You can however leave one space blank and use this space to add text after you’ve completed the collage.
The ability to do what you’re trying to do will become available in a future Ribbet version.
