Moving collage to family blog

After making my collage, I’d like to add it to my family blog. It’s not allowing me to do so after I’ve saved the collage to my files and add. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Hi AmyK, I’m not certain what the problem is. Are you able to preview the collage on your computer before uploading it to the blog? Make sure the file has a name ending in .jpg – that could be the problem. Any further details you can give me such as the error message you’re getting? Thanks.

No error message at all. I save the image in My Pictures as a jpeg and then when I try to upload it to the blog, the internet closes down. Maybe my internet needs updating?

Sounds like an issue with the blog’s uploader. It may be Flash and if so updating Flash could help. Otherwise try contacting their customer support who may be able to help, as it’s unlikely that it’s to do with the image. You could also try updating your browser.
