login wont let me type @ sign.
When I try to login it wont let me type the @ symbol
I can type @ in Word, but even when I copy/paste it takes out the @ symbol.
Has Ribbet been hacked? -
Hi Matt, Ribbet usernames don’t contain the @ symbol. If when you signed up you tried to make your username your email address, the @ symbol would have been stripped out at that time as well.
If you’ve forgotten or don’t know your username/password, you can reset your password when logging in and you will be emailed your username and a new password. The username will appear as “Dear username” in the email.
