You may notice that the colors in your image are different in Ribbet than on your computer. Ribbet does not support added color model properties that some image files carry. These color properties either come from the camera you use or from another photo editing program. The good news is that Ribbet does not alter the image’s EXIF data at all, so after you save your image back to your machine, that extra color information reappears.
Ribbet does support sRGB, which is the basic color property. If you can return to the original photo source and resave it as a JPEG photo in the sRGB color model, then Ribbet will upload the file correctly.
